Help us find the records we missed.
People with technical, regulatory, utility, financial, planning, engineering, legal, or local knowledge can point our researchers toward records, errors, or questions worth investigating.
You may submit information without identifying yourself. This staging page is a design preview and is not yet a secure submission endpoint.

Evidence rules
Anonymous allegation ≠ factDirect knowledge ≠ verified evidenceSubmitted document ≠ authenticated documentMissing record ≠ concealmentConfidentiality ≠ wrongdoingRate increase after project ≠ causationUNKNOWN stays UNKNOWNSource protection
RAP should not promise perfect anonymity from an ordinary website form. A production intake system should minimize unnecessary identity collection, segregate contact information from research content, avoid exposing submissions through analytics or public APIs, and use a separately reviewed secure channel for genuinely high-risk sources.
Do not submit passwords, credentials, classified material, unlawfully obtained material, privileged attorney-client communications, unrelated personal information, or material whose disclosure could endanger a person.
