Meet the team behind the record.
RAP's expert personalities are a human-facing interface to distinct analytical workstreams. They help visitors understand who asks which questions. They do not change the evidence, manufacture consensus, or represent fictional independent human employees.

Start with a question, not a menu. The Librarian brings the right disciplines together, shows where they agree and disagree, and routes you into the underlying records and math.

How collaboration works
The team is allowed to disagree.
Example: Watt may establish that a project is associated with grid expansion. Ledger may find that residential cost allocation remains UNKNOWN. Proof then blocks the stronger claim that the project caused a residential rate increase. RAP shows that boundary instead of forcing agreement.
Help the team close a gap
Every legitimate unresolved evidence gap can be assigned to one or more expert workstreams. Public visitors see the documentary questionβnot confidential-source information.
